RCF Sunday Church - Most services held at Manorcroft School, Wesley Drive, Egham. except where otherwise specified. See calendar for details. This is a brief description of the services we normally have on Sundays. All are welcome. What each service normally contains and the format you can expect COMMUNION A family type service, where the emphasis is on teaching around the Word of God, worship and the Celebration of "The Lords Supper". We often find time and space for intimacy before God as we worship him. A crèche is provided for younger children. GATHERING A family time when the church meets together as a whole, where the service includes a children's story, worship time or activity. The service shorter than usual and concludes with a time for fellowship around a cup of tea or coffee. Every term this is a FEAST, when we as family eat together as well. INSIGHT About once a month we open our hearts to some one from our own team who minister to us the Word of God, challenging us and stretching us to go places we have not yet been. INFILL A morning service when we deliberately give space for ministry, ask the Holy Spirit to touch lives, minister to hearts and bodies, following a preached word. POWER A time for getting before God in prayer for our town, our region and our Nation, were we really bring that which is on our heart before God in Prayer. We pay for "Harvest". Followed by a week of prayer and fasting. INSPIRE Seeking the presence of God. One to come along to if you have never been to Church before, no-one feels a stranger here, we share the basics of what it means to be a Christian (Born again). IGNITE Youth Service. Always a different service as it is lead by our young people. Come and see the difference. (Held at the Little Journey) PUNTO We have a Spanish speaking evening service called Punto de Encuentro. The Worship and the Word will be in Spanish with some level of translation for those who wish to listen in English VISION A place when vision is shared and new steps are taken these occur regularly through the year. |
