Where can I find an Alpha Course ?

There are Alpha courses run all over Britain more than 4,000 churches have signed up to the Alpha network, world-wide this number is as high as 6,000, if you want to find an Alpha course near you go and have a look at the Alpha Register.

There is plenty of information on the Alpha course its, history, its success.   Testimonies to how lives have been changed through the personal relationship many found for the first time with Jesus Christ.

Alpha is clearly aimed at those who really would like to find out more about the basics of the Christian Faith, together we explore just who Jesus was, why He came to earth, why He died and why He rose again from the dead.  As many individuals have an idea of What Church is about, What happens at Church and What rules a Christian follows, the Alpha course is often a time of learning on both sides.

The Church learns what those who look in from the outside think of the Church what it does and why.  Those who come to the Church for the first time gets a view on the Life of the Church and the ways Christians are meant to behave.

Will Alpha answer all my questions ?

Becoming a Christian does not immediately answer all our questions over night, in fact many people who go through an Alpha course find they have a number of difficult questions that come to mind.  It is part of the excitement of walking with God is that we will find out answers through the revealed Word of God.

Other similar courses to be used include the "Y course" to help others find Jesus for themselves.
