Week 2 . (08/01/07) Summary of the Vision presentation for RCF January 2007 added after Sunday 14th January.

As we seek to press into being the people of God, in our street, in our town, in our place of work or in our place of study.  Basically where ever we find ourselves in the bus queue, in the coffe shop, in our local store, anywhere that is on our patch.

There is great benefit in experiencing the journey, not just in reaching the destination.  We so easily rush to the completion of the task, to reach the goal for which we are heading, so often we then miss out on the experience and purpose of the journey itself.

This year I sense God wants us to step into purpose and destiny as individuals, as families and households and as a Church, Michael Fletcher at Lifelinks European conference in 2005 challenged us that in each of these areas of our lives we need a vision, a sense of purpose and destiny, preferably a vision from God.

Our intention would be with set out to explore with the heart of "PURPOSE FULFILLED?", that at points in the year, at events and in groups we will be able to answer that question with the statement "FULFILLED PURPOSE."
