We had a ladies retreat in June 2004 at Brook Place, Chobham, with Yvonne Cana from Sheffield Christian Life Centre. A day for refreshing, for challenge and for blessing. This lauched a focus within the Church for Ladies ministry We encourage the development of relationships that cause us to sharpen one another, cause us to grow together and to stretch forth in faith. The ladies now gather each month for a time of feeding both with food and the word, this is typically the third week of the month on a Saturday. Some of our Church Care team are experienced leaders of Women's Ministry and will cause us to continue to press into seasons of growth for the ladies in our Church. We also have a womens only cell focussing around a low key approach to exploring faith, a good opportunity to invite a friend with young children. Find further details under the Mothers Cell. |
