Ịhụ abụghị ikwere

N'oge ihe akaebe, a na-agwa anyị mgbe niile na ịhụ ihe bụ ikwere. Anyị na-ebi n'ụwa nke empiricism kpụrụ, ebe e chere na a na-enyocha eziokwu naanị site n'ọhụụ, ihe akaebe, na data. Ma ozi-ọma na-atụgharị amamihe nke ụwa a n'isi. Okwu Chineke na-ekwuwapụta, ọ bụghị otu ugboro kama ọtụtụ ugboro, na ezi okwukwe esighị n’ihu mụọ—ọ bụ nke Mụọ. Ihe anyị ji anya anyị hụ nwere ike iduhie, ma ihe mmụọ nsọ na-ekpughe na-eduba ná ndụ.

Jisus n’onwe ya kwuputara Thomas, mgbe o bilitesịrị n’ọnwụ: “Ngọzi na-adịrị ndị na-ahụbeghị anya ma kwere” (Jọn 20:29). Nke a abụghị ịba mba na-enweghị obi abụọ kama ọ na-akpọ òkù maka ụdị ịhụ ihe miri emi—ihe Pọl kpọrọ “anya nke obi” (Ndị Efesọs 1:18). Anya anụ ahụ nwere oke. Ọ na-ele anya anya. Ma okwukwe na-elegide anya n’ihe ndị a na-adịghị ahụ anya bụ́ ndị na-adịru ebighị ebi. Pọl onyeozi na-ekwu, sị: “Anyị na-eje ije site n’okwukwe, ọ bụghị n’anya ihe.” (2 Ndị Kọrint 5:7). Nke a bụ isi nke ndụ Ndị Kraịst.

Okwukwe abụghị enweghị ihe akaebe; ọ bụ ọnụnọ nke ntụkwasị obi n’Okwu Chineke. Mgbe anyị belatara nkwenye gaa n'ihe anyị nwere ike ịchọpụta n'ụzọ anụ ahụ, anyị na-anapụ ozi ọma ike ya. Tụlee ihe banyere Ebreham, nna nke okwukwe. O kweere na Chineke ọbụna mgbe ọ na-enweghị ihe ọ bụla ịhụ-nwa nwa, ọ dịghị onye nketa, ọ dịghị ihe àmà a na-ahụ anya na nkwa Chineke ga-emezu. Pọl dere, sị: “Emegide olileanya nile, Ebreham n’olileanya kwere…” (Ndị Rom 4:18). Nke a abụghị ikpu ìsì, kama nkwuwa okwu—ịtụkwasị obi n'àgwà nke Chineke n'elu ihe doro anya nke ọnọdụ.

Jizọs Kraịst bịara n'ụwa ọ bụghị nanị ka e were anya anụ ahụ hụ ya, kama ka e wee mara ya, bụrụ nke e ji kpọrọ ihe, na ntụkwasị obi.

(1 Pita 1:8). Nke a bụ ihe mgbagwoju anya nke okwukwe Ndị Kraịst: ihe kachasị adị n'ezie bụ ihe anyị na-apụghị iji anya anyị hụ, mana anyị maara nke ọma n'ime n'ihi na Mmụọ Nsọ na-agba ama.

Ikwere na-enweghị ịhụ ụzọ abụghị okwukwe dị nta—ọ bụ okwukwe na-atọ Chineke ụtọ. “Ugbu a okwukwe bụ ntụkwasị obi n’ihe anyị na-ele anya ya na imesi obi ike banyere ihe anyị na-adịghị ahụ anya” (Ndị Hibru 11:1). Nke a abụghị ịwụli elu n'ọchịchịrị kama nrịba n'ihu n'ìhè nke anya ụwa na-apụghị ịghọta.

Nke a bụ ụdị okwukwe nke na-atọ Onyenwe anyị ụtọ. Ọ bụghị ụdị nke na-echere ihe ịrịba ama a na-ahụ anya kama ụdị nke na-arapara n'ahụ doro anya.

Anyị ga-ajụ onwe anyị—anyị na-atụkwasị Chineke obi naanị mgbe anyị nwere ike ịchọta aka Ya, ma ọ bụ na anyị dị njikere ịtụkwasị Ya obi mgbe anyị na-enweghị ike ịhụ ụzọ ma ọlị? Andiwet psalm ]d]h] ete: “Agam-esit esit, edieke ami ndinimde nte ke Ami nkpokut idi]n] Jehovah ke obio mme odu-uwem” ( Psalm 27:13 ). O kweere tupu ọ hụ.

Nke a bụ ọkpụkpọ oku nke ịbụ ndị na-eso ụzọ: iji obi anyị nile tụkwasị Jehova obi, ma ghara ịdabere na nghọta nke anyị (Ilu 3:5). N’ime ụwa nke na-ebuli ụzọ elu, a na-akpọ Ndị Kraịst ibi ndụ site n’okwukwe—okwukwe nke na-ahụ Kraịst dị ka ihe dị adị karịa onyinyo nile nke ụwa a na-agafe agafe. Na otu ụbọchị, okwukwe a ga-enye ohere ịhụ ụzọ. Ma ruo mgbe ahụ, anyị kwere, na anyị na-agọzi.

Church on Sunday at Strodes College, Egham

welcome 2

Our Sunday service starts at 11:00 a.m. and typically lasts about 90 minutes.

We start each service with lively worship with songs from around the world, followed by inspired Bible-based teaching. All our sermons are recorded and are available as a podcast after the service.

We have a monthly cycle of Sunday services, with our Communion Service being on the first Sunday of each month and an All-Age All-Nation Service on the second Sunday of each month. Our other Sunday services include Spirit-focused and teaching services.

We have consciously adopted being a blended church that is both for those online and face-to-face. You are welcome to join us on Livestream or via Facebook, Linkedin, YouTube, or X (Twitter), or you can catch up and watch the recordings later.

Joining us in person

Visiting a new and unfamiliar church for the first time can be intimidating, but we want to ensure you feel welcome and enjoy your time with us. A friendly face will be waiting to meet you at the entrance and welcome you.

Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for coffee and prayer. Our Sunday Service starts at 11:00 a.m. and typically runs for about 90 minutes, normally followed by tea and coffee.

Driving and Car Parking

Our Sunday Morning Service is now held at Strodes College, Strodes College Lane, Egham, TW20 9DR, which has plenty of Parking. Click on the link for directions to RCF.

We have plenty of parking spaces right outside the building. Spaces are reserved near the entrance for anyone with mobility problems (for those with a blue badge). Please let us know if you need to use one of these spaces, have any special needs, or require any assistance.

The car parking area is a public area, so please ensure that your children are under your control and that, for their safety, they do not run around in the car park.

Visiting with children?

Everyone is welcome at RCF. We encourage everyone, young and old, to join the service. We have Sunday School, which starts after worship and runs during the sermon for 30 to 40 minutes for children aged 4 to 12. On the second Sunday of each month, we have a shorter All-Aged All Nations Service, where the children stay for the worship and the sermon.

After Church

We chat over coffee and biscuits after church on the first, third and fourth Sundays. If you want to get more acquainted, why not join us for a Sunday lunch with some of our members? The meal is on us! Please contact us and let us know. We would love to share a meal and get to know you better!
